The correct option is A 528

Female players playing cricket from club E $=\frac{7}{12}\times \frac{24}{100}\times 2400=336$
Female players playing football from club C $=\frac{6}{13}\times \frac{13}{100}\times 3200=192$
Required sum = 336+192 = 528
