C-0.60.1
D-0.70.4

Solution

The correct option is A B, D, A, C
The water potential of the following cells are - A = -0.4, B = -0.2, C = -0.5, D = - 0.3. The water potential is highest in the hoot hair and it lowers towards the inside of the root and stem. Here B cell has highest water potential, so It should be root hair. After that D has high water potential, so it is cortical cell. Thus, A is passage cell and C is pericycle, as it has lowest water potential.
