Total number of employees working on Scale VI $=\frac{1500\times 14}{100}=210$
Total number of male employees working on Scale VI $=\frac{800\times 9}{100}=72$
$\therefore$ Number of female employees = 210 - 72 = 138
Total number of male employees on Scale I $=\frac{800\times 24}{100}=192$
$\therefore$ Required ratio = 138 : 192 = 23 : 32
