Subtract $(2 x - 4 y + 3 z)$ from the sum of $(x + 3 y - 4 z), (2 x + y - z)$ and $(- 2 x + 3 y - z)$ .

$(x + 3 y - 4 z) + (2 x + y - z) + (- 2 x + 3 y - z) - (2 x - 4 y + 3 z)$
$= (x + 2 x + 3 y + y - 4 z - z) + (- 2 x + 3 y - z) - (2 z - 4 y + 3 z)$
$= (3 x + 4 y - 5 z) + (- 2 x + 3 y - z) - (2 x - 4 y + 3 z)$
$= (x + 7 y - 6 z) - (2 x - 4 y + 3 z)$
$= x - 2 x + 7 y + 4 y - 6 z - 3 z$
$= - x + 11 y - 9 z$
$∴$ Ans is $(- x + 11 y - 9 z)$
