To find = subtraction of 1st expression from 2nd expression
$\Rightarrow$ $12 x y + 4 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}$ $-$ ( $2 x y + 9 x^{2}$ )
$\Rightarrow$ $12 x y + 4 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}$ $-$ $2 x y - 9 x^{2}$
$\Rightarrow$ $12 x y - 2 x y + 4 x^{2} - 9 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}$
$\Rightarrow$ $10 x y - 5 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}$
