Solution

The correct option is B 954
Subtract 2293 from 3247,

Step 1) Take the digits in the units place and subtract,
73=4
Step 2) Take the digits in the tens place and subtract,
49=5. This is negative. Hence,
Carry add 1 to digit in hundreds place in 2293, i.e., 2. This is represented by a dot in the above picture. Hence digit in hundreds place becomes 3
Step 3) Now add the tens digit in 3247, i.e., 4 to 109=1, which becomes 5
Step 4) Take the digits in the hundreds place and subtract,
23=1(3 because of the carry forward). This is negative. Hence,
Carry add 1 to digit in thousands place in 2293, i.e., 2. This is represented by a dot in the above picture. Hence digit in hundreds place becomes 3
Step 5) Now add the hundreds digit in 3247, i.e., 2 to 103=7, which becomes 9
Step 6) Take the digits in the thousands place and subtract,
33=0(3 because of the carry forward)

Hence, the answer in 954 Option A.
