Given ratio is 2:3
Let 2 quintal of first kind of sugar is mixed with 3 quintal of second kind of sugar.
Total cost of mixture (2 quintal +3 quintal ) of sugar
=Rs. $(2\times 136)+Rs.(3\times 141)$
=Rs. 695
Now, Cost of 5 quintal of mixture is Rs. 695.
$\therefore$ Cost of 1 quintal of mixture is = $\frac{695}{5}=Rs.139$
