Suggest a few ways to conserve natural resources.

1. Natural resources are those which are readily available in nature. Based on their availability and quantity, they are classified into two types: renewable resources and non-renewable resources.
2. Renewable resources are available in abundance and as per their name, they are not replenished, whereas non-renewable resources are not present in abundance and can get exhausted over a period of time.

Conserving these non-renewable resources can be done by the below methods:

2.1 By replacing non-renewable resources with renewable resources wherever possible. Example: LPG water heaters with solar water heaters, petrol or diesel cars with electric cars, etc.

2.2 By reducing the usage of non-renewable resources by limiting their usage to necessities only. Example: Use local transport for traveling in cities, Use pool-car for office with colleagues, etc.
