Industries and factories have caused severe noise and air pollution which proves to be detrimental to the health of human beings and harmful for the environment.In order to control such pollution certain measures need to be taken:

1. Industries should be established far away from human settlements so that smoke and noise caused by it does not reach people immediately.

2. Government should put certain restrictions on establishing industries which evoke harmful gases and carbon dioxide and pollute the environment. Use of machines generating too much sound should be used in limits.

3. Public awareness is also required for destruction of environment and affecting health by the industries. So setting up of industries anywhere and everywhere needs to be protested.

4.Sound Absorbers must be used and sound proof rooms must be constructed so that the sound does no spread out.

5.Good quality machines should be used which does not produce much noise.

6.Proper inspection must be done by the government authorities from time to time to check the conditions of factories and order for changes if required.
