For 2 m, number of saplings required = 6

For 1 m, number of saplings required = 62 = 3

Therefore, Suhail has to plant 3 plants per meter.

Perimeter of the garden = (11.5 + 12.6 + 13.2+ 10.7) m = 48 m

For 1 m, Suhail needs 3 plants.

So, for 48 m, Suhail is going to need 48 × 3 = 144 saplings.
