Sulphur hexa Fluoride is less reactive than sulphur tetra fluoride. Explain.

Sulfur hexafluoride is less reactive than sulfur tetrafluoride because in the central atom is attached to 6 Fluorine atoms and hence are sterically hindered for a reaction while in case of the central atom is attached to only 4 atoms of F making it less sterically hindered and the lone pair on it increases its reactivity
