Let the greater integer be 'x'
Let the smaller integer be 'y'
$x+y=88$.......(1)
$x=y\times 5+10\Rightarrow x=5y+10$........(2)
Substituting $x=5y+10$ from (2) in (1), we get:
$x+y=88\Rightarrow 5y+10+y=88$
$\Rightarrow 6y=88-10\Rightarrow 6y=78$
$\therefore y=13$
Substituting $y=13$ in (2), we get
$x=5y+10=5\left(13\right)+10=65+10$
$\therefore x=75$
