Solution

I think some data is missing in your question
We can't solve three unknowns from two equations
A similar question in addition to your question it is given sum of cat and dog is 24
Its answer is

Let’s call C, D and R the weight of the cat, dog and rabbit respectively. Then, we have the following equations:

  • C + R = 10
  • D + R = 20
  • D + C = 24

The easiest way to solve this problem is to sum up the three equations (2C + 2D + 2R = 54) and divide by 2

So C+D+R=27
