$1^{s t}$ condition -
cost of 1 kg wheat = Rs. 6.25
Total wheat bought = 40 kg
Total cost of wheat = $40 \times R s . 6.25$
$= R s . 250$
$2^{n d}$ condition -
cost of 1 kg wheat = Rs. 7
Total wheat bought = 30 kg
Total cost of wheat = $R s . 7 \times 30$
$= R s . 210$
Net cost of wheat bought = Rs.250 + Rs.210 = Rs.460
Rate at which he should sell to make a profit of 5%
Profit % = $\frac{S P - C P}{C P} \times 100$
$\frac{5}{100} = \frac{S P - 460}{460} \Rightarrow S P = R s .483$
Total wheat bought = 70 kg
Cost of 1 kg wheat at a profit of 5%
$= \frac{R s . 483}{70} = R s . 6.9$
