And, Discount $=25\%of600=150$

After reducing the new cost of bag is Rs. $600-150=450$

Now 10 % Discount is given again on the new price when 25% discount is offered.

So cost of the bag $=450–(450\ast 10\%)=450-45=Rs.405$
