Solution

The correct option is A Drosera
Sundew is an insectivorous plant in which leaves are modified into special insect catching organs. Its scientific name is Drosera. In it, the mature leaves are spoon-shaped and possess a large number of glandular hairs called tentacles. Each tentacle is stalked, the mucilage secreting gland which is very sensitive to touch. As soon as insect comes in contact with lamina, the tentacles bend over the prey. The presence of tentacles over the lamina give the appearance of dew drops, hence it is known as sundew.
Nepenthes is another insectivorous plant commonly known as pitcher plant in which lamina is modified into a pitcher.
Utricularia is commonly known as bladderwort in which some of the leaf lobes are modified into sensitive little sac like traps called bladders. The bladders serve as floats for the plant and act as traps for insects.
Dionaea commonly known as venus fly trap is a carnivorous plant which catches its prey with a trapping structure formed by the terminal portion of each of the plant's leaves when triggered.
Thus, the correct answer is option A.
