Solution
Sunflowers show entomophily that is pollination by insects. The flower is brightly coloured that easily catches the eyes of insects. The flower produces yellow coloured sticky pollens rich in nectar. When insects such as bees visit the flower for nectar the pollen sticks on their body. When the same insect visits another flower, the pollen is deposited on the stigma of another flower resulting in pollination.
Rice is pollinated by wind and the process is called anemophily. The rice plant produces large quantities of light and dry pollens that can be carried on the wind. The stigma are long and feathery to capture the pollens resulting in pollination.
