Cross pollination can be favored-

1. Unisexual plant- In this situation, the male and female reproductive whorls are present on different flowers. This leads to transfer of pollens from the anther of one flower to the stigma of another flower.

2. Maturation of anther and stigma in the same flower at different time period favors cross pollination.
