Distance travelled $= 4 \times \frac{3}{20} = \frac{3}{5} k m$
She was lete by $3 m i n$
Time taaken is $12 m i n = \frac{12}{60} = \frac{1}{5} h r$
Speed is given by $\frac{\frac{3}{5} k m}{\frac{1}{5} h} = 3 k m p h$
