Super bugs include the disease causing organisms which have become resistant to drugs. When a patient does not complete his full drug course, the disease-causing organisms become resistant to drugs and emerge in a more dangerous form. These resistant organisms are highly evolved and not killed by the same drug. Hence they are not naturally created but formed by mutation.
