The correct option is B $8 x^{2} - 9 x + 8 = 0$
From given conditions
$a, b$ are the roots of $x^{2} - 5 x + 8 = 0$
$\Rightarrow a + b = 5$ , $a b = 8$
Required equation is $x^{2} - (\frac{a}{b} + \frac{b}{a}) x + (\frac{a}{b} . \frac{b}{a}) = 0 \Rightarrow x^{2} - \frac{(a + b)^{2} - 2 a b}{a b} x + 1 = 0 \Rightarrow 8 x^{2} - 9 x + 8 = 0$
