The correct option is C 303
since each amino acid is coded by triplet codon consisting three amino acids ,so each amino acids corresponds to three nitrogenous bases. therefore 300 nitrogenous bases code for 100 amino acids ,every gene code has a stop codon which does not code for any amino acids but stops the translation process, hence including the stop codon there should be 303 nitrogenous bases.
So, the correct option is '303'.
