As we know in a parallelogram the opposite sides are parallel and equal.

Now let $a$ be the length or breadth of the given parallelogram.

Then $2(9+a)=30$.

or, $a=6$.

Since the length is always is greater than equal to the breadth then $a$ is the breadth of the parallelogram.

So the length of the parallelogram is $9$ cm.
