Suppose the mass of a Hydrogen atom is 2. The mass of the atom of tan element was found to be 14. What is the relative atomic mass of an atom of this element?

The relative atomic mass of an element is based on the mass of C-12 that is given a mass of 12 amu. So it does not matter if the mass of hydrogen is 2. The relative mass of that element will be 14 amu as long as relative amss is corresponding to C-12 scale.
