a)Election Campaign

• Tight norms can be implemented to check poll expenses.
• The Code of conduct should be implemented.

b)Polling Day

• Make sure that poll rigging or booth capturing does not take place.
• She has the power to review polling arrangements.
• If the Election commission finds that polling has not been fair, then they have the power to order a repoll in a particular booth or if required repolling can be ordered for the entire constituency.
• Make sure that there is no violence.

c)Counting Day

• No unauthorized person should be allowed to enter the place where counting is going on.
• There should be adequate security so that losing candidates cannot create any kind of violence.
