The correct option is C 2.8
$$h=\dfrac{2T  cos\theta }{\pi \zeta g}$$
$$=\dfrac{2\times 70\times 10^{-3}cos 0}{.5\times 10^{-3}\times 10\times 1000}$$
$$\eta =.028  m$$
$$=2.8  cm$$
