Sushil is in favour of applying Taylor's techniques, but Sudhir says that if it is done so some values will be sacrificed. State any three values that may be overlooked by the following technique of scientific management.

The three values that may be overlooked by the technique of scientific management are as follows :

(i) The focus is mostly on the capability and capacity of workers, it overlooks problems related to managerial processes that are a result of miscommunication, unfeasible working conditions, unwillingness to work, etc.

(ii) Scientific techniques focused more on supervision of employees with suitable skills and responsibilities. However, it overlooks collaborative efforts by all employees.

(iii) Scientific techniques mainly focused on production but may overlook other levels and functions like a commercial, financial, accounting, etc.
