Dear student,. Garment factory comes under secondary sector while Railway comes under tertiary sector. Secondary sector involves processing or adding values to the material extracted from the primary sector. Whereas tertiary sector provides services to primary as well as secondary sector. It provides the link between primary and secondary sector. Secondary sector is also known as industrial sector and tertiary sector is also known as service sector.
