Phyllode is a modification of leaf and petiole.	Phylloclade is a modification of stem.
It connects the stem with leaf.	It acts like a leaf.
It bears axillary bud.	It does not bear axillary bud.
It does not form branch.	It forms branches.
Eg:Accacia	Eg: Cactus
