Length of paper sheet = 14 cm
Breadth of paper sheet = 9 cm
Area of the sheet = 14 cm × 9 cm
= 126 square cm

Perimeter of the sheet = 14 cm + 9 cm + 14 cm + 9 cm
= 46 cm
