The correct option is C
Here, the given two Zener diodes are in reversed polarity so if one is in forward bias the other will be in reverse bias and above 6 V the reverse bias will be in conduction mode.

Hence, when Vin>6V the output will be constant and when Vin>6V it will follow the input voltage.
