The explanation for the correct option

  1. Since there are two reverse-polarized Zener diodes, if one is operating in forward bias, the other will be operating in reverse bias, and beyond 6V, the reverse bias will also be operating in conduction mode.
  2. As a result, the output will remain constant when the voltage exceeds 6V. Additionally, if the voltage is lower than 6V, it will follow the input voltage.
