We know that a multiple of a number is that number multiplied by an integer. Integers are negative as well as positive.

Now, we write the multiples of 2 and 8 are as follows:

Multiples of 2 are 2,4,6,8,10.....,2,4,6,8,10,.......

Multiples of 8 are 8,16,24,32,40.....,8,16,24,32,40,.......
