The similarity will still remain even when the figure is rotated or flipped. The position of the proportional lengths might change but they will still be similar.
For Example:
Consider two similar parallelogram ABCD and LMNO as follow:

When a parallelogram LMNO is flipped thorugh 90, its similarity will still remain as the sides are still proportional even though the position is changed.

Similar way, When a circle is flipped, similarity is retained as circle is similar from all point of views.
