The similarity will still remain even when the figure is rotated or flipped. The position of the proportional lengths might change but they will still be similar.
For Example:
Consider two similar parallelogram $A B C D$ and $L M N O$ as follow:

When a parallelogram $L M N O$ is flipped thorugh $90^{\circ}$ , its similarity will still remain as the sides are still proportional even though the position is changed.

Similar way, When a circle is flipped, similarity is retained as circle is similar from all point of views.
