We know, the angle made by the radius and the tangent at the point where the tangents meet each other is 90
Now, the angle at both the end points of the diameter will be 90
Thus, sum of angles between the two lines will be = 90+90=180
Now, since the angles between the two lines will be 180 hence, the two lines will be parallel.
