The correct option is D

Let $x$ be the breadth of the plot.
Then length of the plot = $3 x + 2$
$A r e a o f t h e r e c t a n g l e = l e n g t h \times b r e a d t h = (3 x + 2) x$
$\Rightarrow 634 = 3 x^{2} + 2 x$
So, $3 x^{2} + 2 x - 634 = 0$
By solving the quadratic equation, we get, $x = 14.20 a n d x = - 14.87$ (approximately).
$∵$ breadth can't be negative, the positive value of breadth is taken.
$∴$ length = 14.20 m and breadth = 44.60 m
