Solution

The correct option is B 2 only
<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> India produces four varieties of silk viz. Mulberry(80%), Eri, Tasar and Muga. While Mulberry silk is produced in the three southern States of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, the tropical Tasar is produced largely in the central India covering the tribal areas. Eri is grown in Assam and the adjacent north-eastern states, Bihar, West Bengal and Odisha.
Indian silk industry is second largest after China and sericulture provides cushion to farmers in case crops fails. Recognizing its potential, India has set up Central silk board for promoting silk industry.
