Solution

<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> Photosynthesis is the process by which plant prepare their own food in the presence of sunlight.
The raw materials water and carbon dioxide for the process is obtained from soil and air respectively.
The chlorophyll present in leaves absorb sunlight and helps in conversion of carbon dioxide and water into food(glucose).
Oxygen is released out as a by-product in this process.

Carbon dioxide + Water Sunlight, Chlorophyll−−−−−−−−−−−− Carbohydrate + Oxygen
