We know that the exterior angle of a triangle has a measure equal to the sum of the measure of the opposite interior angles.

The measure exterior angles are shown in the following figure:

Sum of all the exterior angles of the triangle is
(mZ+mX)+(mY+mZ)+(mX+mY)
=2((mZ+mX+mY)
=2×(Sum of interior angles)
=2×(180o)
=360o
