The correct option is B 2 and 3 only
<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> If motion of thanks is passed by simple majority by both the houses, the presidential address is passed.

If the motion of thanks is defeated in Lok Sabha, the Council of Minsiters are censured. They will then have to seek "vote of confidence" in the Lok Sabha. If this is also defeated, the Council of Ministers resign.

If "Motion of Thanks" is defeated in the Rajya Sabha, it does not affect the position of the government. However there are chances of the Presidential address being amended in Rajya Sabha.
