The correct option is A

Ted can complete the work in (8×12) hrs = 96 hrs
Sid can complete the work in (16×5) hrs = 80 hrs
Ted's 1 hour's work =196 and Sid's 1 hour's work =180
(Ted + Sid)'s 1 hour's work =(196+180)=11480
So, both Ted and Sid will finish the work in (48011) hrs
Number of days 6 hours each =(48011×16)=8011 days = 7311 days
