But when he buys a batch of 50 tires, he gets 25% discount on total price. When he buys a batch of 100 tires, he gets a discount of 35%. Find the difference (in Rs.) in the cost price of 1 tire from the batch of 50 and batch of 100.

Cost of $50$ tires $= R s . (120 \times 50) = R s . 6000$

After $25 %$ discount, cost price of $50$ tires $= R s . 6000 - (\frac{25}{100}) \times 6000 = R s . 4500$

Cost of $1$ tire in a batch of $50 = R s . \frac{4500}{50} = R s . 90$

Cost of $50$ tires $= R s . (120 \times 100) = R s . 12000$

After $35 %$ discount, cost price of $100$ tires $= R s . 12000 - (\frac{35}{100}) \times 12000 = R s . 7800$

Cost of $1$ tire in a batch of $100 = R s . \frac{7800}{100} = R s . 78$

Difference in CP per tire from batch of $50$ and $100 = R s . (90 - 78) = R s . 12$
