$\Rightarrow \frac{2}{3}\times [\frac{3}{4}\times \frac{5}{7}]=(\frac{2}{3}\times \frac{5}{7})\times \frac{3}{4}$
[by associative property over multiplication]

Hence, $\frac{2}{3}\times (\frac{3}{4}\times \frac{5}{7})$ can be compared with $(\frac{2}{3}\times \frac{5}{7})\times \frac{3}{4}$ with the help of associative and commutative property.
