Temperature moves form higher level to lower level,then when we touch a piece of ice of cooler temperature,which is lower is transferred to our hands which has high temperature than ice!
then does temperature flow from lower level to higher level?

We know that heat always transfer from higher temp. to lower temp.
So when we touch the ice cube which is at lower temp. than our body then heat is transferred from our body to ice cube and begins to melt.
