The correct option is A Zinc strip will be on outer side of arc.
Since the the strips are rivetted together, they cannot move along each other due to expansion. Hence they will bend.
L=20 cm
ΔT=80C
αZn=30×106/ C
αCu=17×106/ C
We know for linear expansion, length of strip
L=L(1+αΔT)
For Zn,
LZn=20(1+30×106×80)=20.048 cm
For Cu,
LCu=20(1+17×106×80)=20.027 cm
As, LZn>LCu


Therefore, zinc strip will be on outer side as length of outer arc is greater.
