Let the temperature on Fahrenheit scale can be written as F=AT+B
where T is the temperature in Celcius.
Ice ; T=0oC, we have F=32oF
32=A×0+B
B=32
Boiling water : T=100oC, we have F=212oF
212=A×100+32
A=95
Hence in Fahrenheit scale, F=95T+32
Now, for tap water : T=25oC
F1=95×25+32=77oF
