The given expression is: 1! +4!+7!+10!+12!+13!+15!+16!+17!

If we observe from 10! onwards, the numbers are multiple of 100 and hence, the ones and tens place will be 0 respectively.

Like,

10!=362880011!=39916800

and so on. Hence we are considering only 1! +4!+7!

On Simplifying we get

1! +4!+7!=1+4×3×2+7×6×5×4×3×2×1=1+24+5040=5065

The digit in tens place is 6, which can also be written as 6=3!

Hence, the correct answer is Option (B).
