Finding the value:
The given expression is: $1! + 4! + 7! + 10! + 12! + 13! + 15! + 16! + 17!$
If we observe from $10!$ onwards, the numbers are multiple of $100$ and hence, the ones and tens place will be $0$ respectively.
Like,
$10! = 3628800 11! = 39916800$
and so on. Hence we are considering only $1! + 4! + 7!$
On Simplifying we get
$1! + 4! + 7! = 1 + (4 \times 3 \times 2) + (7 \times 6 \times 5 \times 4 \times 3 \times 2 \times 1) = 1 + 24 + 5040 = 5065$
The digit in tens place is $6$ , which can also be written as $6 = 3!$
