Solution

The correct option is C
White light splits into its constituent colours when passed through a triangular prism. The seven recognisable colours in the spectrum are violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red; usually abbreviated as VIBGYOR. Out of the seven colours, red bends the least towards from the normal, while violet bends the most. So, from the top to bottom on the screen, the order of colours seen would be ROYGBIV.
