we get
$\Rightarrow 12[\frac{3x+5}{4}+1]=12\left[\frac{x+3}{6}\right]\Rightarrow 3(3x+5)+12=2(x+3)\Rightarrow 9x+15+12=2x+6\Rightarrow 9x+27=2x+6\Rightarrow 9x-2x=6-27\Rightarrow 7x=-21\Rightarrow x=-\frac{21}{7}\Rightarrow x=-3$
