Perimeter of a rectangle is 2 (l + b), where l = length and b = breadth.

Let us consider,
l=2x2+y and b=x2y

Perimeter=2×(2x2+y) + 2×(x2y)

= (4x2+2y) +( 2x22y)

= 4x2+2x2+2y2y

= 6x2 m
